Farrah Reyna founded Being Happy Matters, a burnout prevention and self-care training program for busy professionals. She’s a mental health advocate and certified life coach, aiming to teach leaders and their teams how to manage work and life stress healthily.

How it works

Training Sites

Being Happy Matters (BHM) can be taught in-person or virtual in an office setting, lunch and learn, break-out session, conference, meetings, and retreats. Each session is customized to fit the requests of the organization. BMH

Each training session comes with hands-on materials to support participants during their burnout free journey. These items include e-books, worksheets, articles, assessments, and training videos.
